In September 2025, the Asian Civilisations Museum opened Let's Play! The Art and Design of Asian Games — a landmark exhibition on the games that shaped Asian culture, running until June 2026. Finute's contribution: ACMverse, one of the region's first virtual museums in the metaverse, built with ACM and the National Heritage Board.

A museum you can play

ACMverse recreates the museum experience on Roblox, where players join Lucky the Elephant on a hunt for legendary game treasures drawn from the exhibition itself. The clever part is the loop between digital and physical: visitors who play onsite complete a guided quest that links the physical displays to digital challenges — and unlocks real-life rewards.

Designed for families

Because the audience includes young children, ACMverse ships with added safeguards — including disabled chat — so parents can hand over the tablet with confidence.

Museums often ask how to reach audiences who would never plan a visit. Our answer: build a doorway inside the world they already inhabit, and make walking through it fun.
